Read Their Story And Make A Pledge Today

An ex-iron worker, Stan has recently had a hard few years to say the least. Two years ago after having trouble in Vancouver, he came to Winnipeg, trying to make it home to Moose Lake. Plans changed, and he ended up staying in Winnipeg living with his daughter and granddaughter. Then recently things went from bad to worse when his daughter and granddaughter suddenly passed away. Feeling lost and hopeless, Stan came to Siloam for someone to talk to (and to have a bite to eat). He's a hardworking man who feels like he continues to get the short end of the stick, but his memories of sitting with all three of his kids celebrating the holidays keeps him warm.
