Stan is an old soul with years of wisdom and experience under his belt. He is from Manitoba and no stranger to hard work. He has worked a variety of jobs from construction to administrative work. He fell on hard times when he was evicted from his residence because of a family conflict. Siloam provides him with a place to stay and a family that he cherishes. He has had trouble finding work at his age but he is determined to upgrade his skills to find gainful employment again. Siloam helps him with his efforts to improve his skills. Hunting, fishing and anything outdoors brings him the most joy. He is very proud of the fact that he once caught a 52” Northern Pike. His fondest memories of the holiday season would be his visits with his mom when she was still alive and they would talk all night long. He wishes that all Siloam patrons would find someone to talk to whenever they needed.
